Our First Management Team Meeting of 2026 Was Held.
On April 4, 2026, the first management team meeting of 2026 was held at the MHÜ Conference Hall at our Headquarters, with the participation of managers from our Headquarters, regional offices, and branches, under the theme “Communication Management for Field and Office Operations Teams. ”Our meeting began with an opening address by our Company Shareholder, Mr. Yusuf Bulut Öztürk. In his remarks, Mr. Öztürk provided important insights into our company’s vision and strategic approaches for the future.
Next, our UGM General Manager, Mr. Halil İbrahim Pişkin, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the company’s operations and shared our current status with our managers. Another speaker at the meeting, our Textile Tariff Manager, Mr. Tarık Kılıç, provided participants with valuable insights into the “Tariff Al.i and Guide Al.i” software programs. The second session of the meeting addressed the topic of “Penalty and Error Analyses.” Our UGM Board Member Mr. Gürbüz Hocaoğlu and our Senior Training Specialist Ms. Rahime Sarıkaya presented on the topic of “Pre-Registration Errors,” while our Senior Regulatory Specialist Mr. Emre Topuz delivered a presentation on “Post-Registration Errors. ”During the third session, moderated by our Chief Deputy General Manager, Mr. Orhan Kırali, a discussion took place regarding the improvement of communication processes between field and office teams.
In this segment, which featured active participation from our managers, the challenges encountered in operational processes, proposed solutions, and areas for improvement were discussed in detail. Our meeting concluded with closing remarks by Mr. Remzi Akçin, Chairman of the UGM Board of Directors. Our meeting, which featured productive discussions and strategic assessments, marked an important step toward strengthening our company’s dynamic structure. In our future meetings, we will continue our efforts in line with our goals of innovative and sustainable growth.
