As Ünsped Customs Consultancy, we conducted our “Feedback Training and Development Management” program with the aim of strengthening our managers’ leadership competencies and fostering a development-oriented feedback culture throughout the organization.

Held at the MHU Conference Hall at our Headquarters with in-person participation and online participation from our regional managers, the training covered effective communication, constructive feedback, and management approaches that support employee development.

We once again emphasized the importance of an organizational culture that highlights our employees’ strengths, supports their areas for growth, and encourages continuous learning.
