On January 22, 2026, the workshop titled “2026 Customs Legislation Amendments: What Awaits Our Companies?”, organized by our Ünsped Development Academy (UGA) at our Aegean Regional Directorate, was successfully held with strong attendance and high interest.
The training was delivered by Gamze Satoğlu, Director of Audit and Business Development at Smart Inspector, and Serkan Karaca, Senior Legislation Specialist at Ünsped.
Within the scope of the workshop, the critical legislative changes expected to affect companies in 2026 were comprehensively addressed, covering a wide range of topics from financial legislation and customs practices to import regime decisions, product safety, and inspection processes, along with their practical implications and sectoral impacts.
